Rectovesical Fistula due to Rectal Cancer

Abstract

|
|
Colovesical fistuala is usually complication of inflammatory or neoplastic processes. Its clinical symptoms are pneumaturia and fecaluria.
Inflammatory bowel disease is most common cause of colovesical fistulas and colon cancer is rare etiologic factors.
This report present one of rectovesical fistula due to rectal cancer and reviewed the literlature.
